"Pari Holds the Key to Your Heart"

    Okay, so I was pretty harsh on Paris when we first got here (it was just so different from London) but I've warmed up to it(: Though it is really difficult because I know no French other than bonjour and merci. I'd do much better in Spain(; So I'm kind of doing another one of those things where I kind of just explode pictures and they aren't in any order. Today's post only covers Friday and Saturday (today) though(: Much easier to deal with. Again though, because of sucky internet, I cannot post my awesome videos): And you're really missing out because my little sister Rachel does some hilarious things(: But the past couple days have been lots of fun. We have gone to: The Louvre, Arc di Tromphe, the Eiffel Tower, Paris City Hall, Notre Dame, the Parthenon, Paris Opera House, the Catacombs, Basilica of Sacre Coeur, and Moulin Rouge(: (And we did them in that order over the two days, hopefully the pictures go in order here) So we did a lot in the past couple days. But it was a lot of fun and it made me fall in love with the city of love(:

We spent 3-4 hours in the Louvre and it wasn't enough time to see everything. But I made sure to see  everything I wanted to see(: I love statues more than anything, especially ones of Greek and Roman gods. So Taylor and I spent a lot of time looking at that, but we also went around and saw the most famous works in the museum as well(:

Aphrodite/Venus but the statue is called Venus di Milo I think. I just know that in Disney's Hercules, Hercules knocks her arms off(;

The Mona Lisa is super small, still really cool to see though(:

Artemis

We have eaten so much bread since being here. Amber and I are fine with that though, because we love bread(: And the baguette's are amazing!

Okay, so not everyone went to the very top, but Amber, Byant, Erik, and I did(: Taylor only made it to the first level, but her fear of heights would not let her go further. I was loving it(: I love being high up and the structure of the Eiffel tower is amazing. As soon as I saw the tower in the distance I loved it. This is me on the first or second platform, my sister got all the pictures of us on the very top(:

I sang a lot of Anastasia this day, especially going up to the top(:

My awesome dad and the super cute Rach(:

I just sang The Hunchback of Notre Dame songs the rest of the day because of this. Like, all of them. Not just the one that says "the bells of Notre Dame" in it. I'm a Disney fanatic(: This cathedral is amazing though, and it was closed today, so we are going back tomorrow to go inside. But just the outside made me super happy(: It also made me think of my best friend Mica, because she would have loved it with me.

So this bridge is right next to the Notre Dame Cathedral, and it's famous for all of the locks with people's initials and dates of marriage and ish. It was crazy cool. Both sides all the way down looked like this. It was crazy(:

These were so freakin' legit. I mean, I watch a bunch of crime shows and one of my favorites is Bones, but still. These things went on for miles.

Translation, Basilica of Sacred Hearts

This guy was the best street artist ever. You can find him on YouTube, he does the most legit things with a soccer ball ever. He climbed up that lamp post and juggled the ball with his feet while holding himself up and a ton of other cool things(:

There was also a random piano just chilling in the street. So my super talented brother just whipped out a bunch of stuff. People were looking for a hat to put money in, filming him, and applauding at the end of every song. He's a stud(:

One of my all-time favorite movies is Moulin Rouge. So, this made me pretty dang happy(:

We passed through a tube (it's actually called the metro here in Paris) stop called Saint Georges. Pieces of home everywhere(:

Ferrari...

and Lamborghini. You could pay 89 euros to drive one for 20 minutes. Beautiful vehicles, I would never trust myself behind the wheel of one haha(:

Also came across a store that sold Nutella in this size jar. THAT IS REAL! I wanted to cry it was such a beautiful sight(;

    And that is it, that about covers the past two days(: Really busy, a LOT of walking...and stairs. Did I mention we took the stairs up the Eiffel Tower? AH! I'm going to be in such good shape by the end of this trip, let me tell ya. Only one more day then on Monday its DISNEY PARIS!!!! :D I should be excited about what we're doing tomorrow, but all I can think about is Disneyland. Could I be more childish? Oh well, I should get to bed. These days are busy(: Ciao!

Goodbye London! It's been fun(:

     For those who care, I'm still alive!! And I'm no longer in London, but in Paris! We arrived today so we didn't do anything. But we did eat some super tasty seafood(: And our hotel is right on a canal and it has a really pretty view(:
      From here on out the posts shall be about the Armour Family Adventures(: Ehhh but again, I'm not sure how often I'll even have internet a whole lot so this may be the only post until I'm back in the states, or they'll just sporadically pop up(: But anyway, I have to try and fit 5 days in one post...yikes. So I'm going to be very brief. So Sunday my family arrived and my lonely days ended(: That day was pretty much just switching to our new hotel, which was called the King's Cross Inn Hotel, and enjoying each other's company. Now, the internet here is awful. So I'm pretty much not going to post day by day like I have been previously. I'm just gonna dump all the pictures out and try to describe as much as possible. But it's also pretty late, and I'm getting over a sickness (yeah, I'm not sure what I had, but it was worse than the common cold), so I want to go to bed(: So I'm going to leave most of what I did to your imagination! Interactive reading, who doesn't love that?(; They got scattered and out of order, but they took SO LONG to upload that I'm not going to bother sorting them out. Just know that they cover activities from Monday, Tuesday, and a little from today. Also, Tuesday was Stonehenge and Bath and on that day I had a 103 degree fever and still went and did things. However, by doing so it only made things worse so I stayed in bed all day Wednesday. Carry on.

Revisited Tower Hill and London Bridge with the fam-a-lam in tow.

I was slightly shocked with how much he looked like Prince Arthur from the show Merlin.

It was really cool to finally go here, I've wanted to for a very long time(:

So this is the original bath water from 2000 years ago, well, it filters through with the hot spring. But still. this place is super old.

I'm trying really hard to not look sick in these pictures.

This guy is the coolest(:

Took the family to Borough Market so they could have the excellent food and try the grilled cheese and the almond croissant(:

I'm the best big sister and I let my brother sleep on my shoulder on the train to Paris.

      So that sums up my last 5 days. I have the cutest family(: I also had some pretty awesome videos, but videos take forever to upload and I have awful connection so that isn't happening. Sorry(: Anyway, just in case I can't post again for a while, I am going to explode my excitement real fast. WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY PARIS!!! Yeah, so you know how in almost all of my posts I have made a Disney reference and have mentioned wanting to go to Disneyland? Well, the Disney gods heard me and it's happening!! :D I'm like a giddy little school girl(: Okay, well yeah. Other than that I'll probably do the usual Paris stuff before we get on our cruise(: Hopefully I can post again soon, though. Because I hate doing these huge dump posts. But yeah, I'm going to bed now. Until you hear from me next, au revoir!
